I've been wanting to start reading/watching the Fate series and wasn't sure which one to start out off first. Which one should I read first? Fate/Zero or Fate/Stay Night?

Fate/ Zero first, its a prologue to fate stay night, and you should wait for the remake of fate stay night cause it goes more along with zero. The other fate say night is pretty old.
