[Discussion] Fate of the Donquixote Family

So the Dressrossa arc is slowly coming to an end and the family has been defeated. What happens next though ? Sengoku and Tsuru have arrived in Dressrossa probably to take the custody of Doflamingo, but what happens to the rest ? Oda is known for giving redemption to certain characters that were past villains, and to be honest the family has some -not so evil- members like Señor Pink and Baby 5. Will we get a mini-cover story with them after ? Will they join other groups and organisations ? What will happen to Vergo(if not dead), Pica, Trebol, Diamante, Gladius, Lao G, Dellinger, Pink, Machvise, Jora, Buffalo, Sugar, Monet(if not dead) and Baby 5 ?

IMO each case is different. Some will probably get some goofy moments of redemption, where they've "found the path" and they're utilizing their skills in the correct manner(Jora running a museum or having a gallery or whatever) but we have really messed up bastards like Diamante who'll either rot in Impel Down, or be in a circus with his flutter flutter fruit and do silly acts. Then we have Dellinger who's only 16, and Lao G who is with one foot in the grave. Baby 5 will probably follow Sai, and Señor Pink is surely bound to get redemption after his revealed past and his interactions with Franky. Could someone make the cut for another pirate group or organisation ? The Revolutionaries maybe ? Blackbeard ? The Marines ? CROCODILE ?

After all there are some Donquixote Family guys that have similar abilites to the previous Baroque works members, and Doflamingo has been shown to interact quite a bit with Crocodile. Doffy has asked him to join forces, they've clashed before, and in the most recent flashback Croc's name was in that newspaper when Law stabbed Corazon. Could these be hints ? What do you think ?

The chief executives would go to Impel down and Dellinger will probz join the Navy as he will do what x drake did when the navy found out bout his family. Lao G will join a retirement home(lol) and Baby 5 will go to Sai. Dunno bout the rest tho

Maybe some could even join Law ? seems far-fetched but it could be. Buffalo for example knows Law, even though he has loyalty for Doflamingo.

Machvise has the same fruit with that of a girl who was with MR.5 on baroque works, so maybe that girl died there and machvise got that fruit. Maybe whole family got captured by marines or machvise will join croco.

That flashback of laws past could be the announcement of him being declared as shichibukai as it was ages ago so it couldn't be related to doffy in anyways.

I honestly think Bellamy will save the captured DDs(not executives) while Fujitora is distracted with Luffy. One thing for sure is that Sugar will definitely play a role in the future. She is the only DD who had no introductory panel.

It seemed like the only person he cared about in the DD Pirates was Doflamingo, so I don't think he would care enough to try and rescue the executives, especially after everything that's happened. In the panel where the SHs and co are running from the Marines, Bellamy is running with them.

True but we don't know if Bellamy will leave with them(he better f*ucking not he sucks). Bellamy is already suicidal and wants to die so he want try to kill himself by saving the DDs who also don't know about Doflamingo's true nature.

Bellamy's psychology and morale have to be so messed up by now...That's why it's a weird case. I don't know what I'd do if I was him. He got "betrayed" yet his sense of loyalty towards Doffy the idol is still there...

Last time we saw her, she was unconscious with the rest of the Executives. We still don't know if she was able to escape before she was put cuffs on. While it's unlikely, it's not impossible.

The Marines would have to be pretty incompetent to not put sea stone cuffs on the DD Pirates right after locating them. Even if that does happen, why would Sugar go with the SHs? She hates them with a passion.

Well, they are pretty incompetent. Remember Morgan? Even with Garp around, he managed to escape. It's not like I'm disagreeing with you, though - far from it. I'm just saying, it wouldn't take much for Sugar to wake up, realize what situation she's in, and turn herself into a toy. A lot can happen in ten seconds, you know; and it's not like they'd be able to capture the forgotten Sugar.

What reason she would have, I don't know. It could always start out with her wanting to take revenge, but later ends up as a Strawhat, through and through. There's also the running gags. You know, her being afraid of long things. She'd be afraid of Usopp's nose, Luffy's stretching, etc. Could be a good way to keep up the humor in the show.

IF she turned herself into a toy then everyone would forget about her so Sengoku wouldn't ask about a 12th pirate as they would all forget there ever was 12 and would think there was only 11.

The only ones I really care to see again are Gladius, Pink, 5, maybe Lao G but not much

They're all in marine custody bar baby 5. It's probably impossible for them to be released by the marines/wg after Fujitoras stunt so they will likely be put in impel down like croc and his crew. But Doflamingo as a former world noble may still have some strings to pull (no pun intended) to get him out of trouble.
