Creating a rampart from the tar would have been fine, but since he added the fire jutsu, the tar was turned into lava.

If you create a rampart to rise up through the lava the rampart would then be turned in lava, thus killing you and clone(s) because you are standing on lava.

Isnt that more than 3 moves? Cause you did 6 moves WTH earth rampart, gun conversion x2, heat wave, phoenix dragon bullet, and that raikage armor.
You cant say that you continue to do the move from last round after you get interrupted, atleast it is supposed to count as a move if you do.

For example I do 3 moves, 2 of the get interrupted by the opponent because he attacks after I do my first move, then its my turn again, I defend against his attack, and continue to do the 2 moves from first round, and do 2 more moves, then its 5 moves. Sword to gun conversion counts as a move.
