Hello, my Fate readers!! I apoligize for the late chapter, but now I present my newest chapter!!!<3

Chapter 2

My horrid visions lurched me awake in instant, with a shudder of pain jolting through my shoulder and a kink in my neck, which popped loudly as my head glanced at my right.
Matthew had pulled up a chair from a small wooden vanity next the satin bedspread. His brow was furrowed. His right hand gently caressed his chin; his left tapping anxiously on his thigh.
I glance at Luke. His auburn eyes fought an endless war of emotions: Sorrow, guilt, and anger tore apart in his soul. What am I saying?! The films can’t lie. I mean, I never tested them, but I just feel that I should trust them.
I pulled myself up, ignoring the throbbing pain once again. “Guys,” I moaned slightly. “I need to get going.” Luke snooped around the room, dusting things off while Matthew’s mossy eyes widened. “Before you say anything,” Sarcasm tinged in my voice as my icy glare aimed at Luke. “The T.S.R.S are still after me and I need to get out of here so they don’t, you know, kill me.” I shook off the blankets and stretched; A slight moan escaping my lips.
“Elaine, you have to let us go with you!” Luke and Matthew said in synch. I rubbed my temples and stood up wobbly.
“Let me think about it.” A slip of paper lay on the desk; a pen lay across it as well. Sometimes, being an experimented freak helps with a lot of things. For example, my intelligence levels are boosted over 100 more IQ points than an average adult human. (For the less sharp readers, I’m very, very smart.)
After shooing off the entirely worried teenage boys, I slumped in the wooden chair that felt entirely to hard to be in at the moment. I took a deep breath and began writing my lovely list of Pros and Cons. I stated all the possible answers, and, still, Matthew looked like the better choice. Just because the Films told me that Luke was going to gut my future family and me, I’m going to say no on Luke (By the way, there is no possible way I’m actually going to get together with Matthew anyways.)
I crumbled the list and throw the list in the metal trash can. Gliding out of the room to meet the gaze of the boys, I cleared my throat. “I simply can’t take either of you.” I shrugged off the depressing gaze I did get. “Matt, it’s too dangerous and, since your human, I can’t allow you to get hurt.” My blue-eyed glare landed on Luke, who’s brown eyes flashed up, glistening in the sunlight that gleamed through the window behind the chair Matt was hunched in. “And you lost every ounce of trust when you singed by shoulder.” And when you guts me in the future, I was tempted to spat that in his face, but I don’t want to have any unclear air between us.
The unsteady, heartbroken eyes just glowered in my direction, not of disgust or hatred, but just of pure sorrow. I swallowed the thick lump in my throat and strode toward the door. “I, um, need some fresh air.” The large door creaked open as the windy weather caught and flicked up my curly hair. The large chunky trees even rocked with the direction of the wind.
I sighed as my back thumped hard against the bark of the tree. My mind generated a small list of things I needed to get done:
I really, really needed a plan to stop the T.S.R.S
I needed to decide how should I approach the Luke and Matthew problem
My shoulder and my smaller burns still hurt a lot

The wind relaxed my tight muscles, and the rocking of the trees soothed my restless soul. The perfect place to fall asleep would be here. Right…now. And just like that I dozed off into a restless slumber.

Crack! The tree behind me snapped and crashed into the road behind it. I lurched awake, poised and ready to attack. My rifle emerged from my forearm and was ready to blast the brains out of whatever just shot at me.
“Your lucky I missed!” A (believe me when I say this) perfect juvenile emerged from the black smoke from the burning tree. “You would have caught on fire.” His hand was poised on his hip. My keen eyesight caught his bloodshot eyes that were clearly visible past his blonde sleeked back hair. His perfect face made me want to mess it up so bad. Let’s see how Mr. Perfect would look with a messed up face.
“Who are you and what do you want?” I called across the fifty meter yard. My voice boomed almost as loud as his lightning.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk.” Ron Gio, that jerk who stabbed me multiple times almost a year ago. “You know, Elaine,” His sleek voice said my name like it was a disease. “You really haven’t changed at all. Your still the same old girl who couldn’t quit staring at me in school.” His lips curled up in a smile.
My jaw set tight. “You know what, Ron, the only difference from then and now is that now I am not afraid to blow out those oh-so-perfect brains of yours.”
“Elaine!” Matthew called from large door. Luke, from behind Matthew, just stared in awe at Mr. Perfect and Ron like they were a double rainbow*.
“Oh, look, how cute. Your little friends want to save you.” Mr. Perfect said in a mocking manner. His face, once again, looked even more perfect to the left; making me want to crush it five times more.
“Back to our demonstration!” Ron boomed over the quarrel. “This is Death.” He gestured to Mr. Perfect, who popped out his chest like a loser. “He is one of our finest models. His speed is fifty times over Elaine’s, and his strength was maxed up to eighty percent more powerful than Elaine’s.” That jerk shouldn’t compare me to such perfectionists. “Oh! And Death can control lightning.” As if to prove it to us, Death swirled lightning around his perfect index finger and slashed a tree in half.
I glanced at Matthew, who glanced back with worried filled in his green eyes. I knew that this would be the toughest battle yet.
“Oh, yeah?” Mockery tinged in my voice. “What’s Death going to do to me?”
“Death, here, isn’t going to touch you.” Ron smirked. “Death is here to just say hello. The T.S.R.S doesn’t want him to kill you just yet.” With a flick of his rest, robotic like people appeared from everywhere.
“Go.” With barely even a whisper, the robots were off, lunging at me.
My gun didn’t even need to be aimed as I popped a pretty good estimate of them in the head, but, suddenly, a body flew into the crowd.
Matthew!
He body-slammed two robots to the ground, causing them to crash and burn. His eyes flashed such a desire to kill it sent shivers up my spine as he snatched up the legs of one robot and smashed him into three others.
More came into sight and, this time, I was ready. My body tossed and turned as flung my body in different directions, aiming at there heads. I felt like I was glossing in the air elegantly, but to others I probably looked like a flying elephant.
My eyes got Luke and Death, just staring at each other. Luke held this stupid look across his face while Mr. Perfect held a smirk on his face. His smooth movements seemed to stop the while battle. Everyone froze in fighting positions.
“This boy can control fire,” His head jerked at Matthew’s direction, and I watched as all his opponents took a large step away from him. “And that one has the strength of two hundred men.” (Totally had to ask him about this.)His red-eyed gaze locked on me, with such a hunger it scared me. “And that beautiful girl can turn her entire arm into a gun.” His image almost blurred as he appeared in front of me. “This woman is also someone I was made to love.” His hand jerked around my waist, pulling me close to his rock hard stomach.
“Get. Your. Hands. Off. Her!” Matthew hurled his body and smashed into the stone hard body, sending it flying.
The bodies wrestled in the yard, bloody noses and mouths crossed their faces. No one dared to stop either of them.
Well, except me of course.
With all my strength and my mind still spinning from the “made to love” thing, I shoved Matthew off Death and stood between the two. “Guys, I can’t let you hurt each other ‘cause…” My voice trailed off, as I thought of reason to spit out.
“ Because of what, my sweet love?” Death’s eyes bared no emotion, and it seemed like he didn’t want to call me his ‘love’. I shuddered.
“I need to fight you! Right here, right now!” My ice cold eyes locked on his bloodshot orbs.
Remember my list of things to do? Well, we might have a slight change of plans.
