It was a usual day for John. Going to tution classes, smoking his cigarette occasionally and getting bored at home. He needed something new in his life. Soon, time passed, and it was November. He felt better, as the winds grew colder and eventually, he had to wear tons of clothing to protect himself from the biting cold. But, he loved the weather. It gave him chills.
One day, as he was passing his tution staircase, he noticed his best friend talking to a girl. He didn't care much, but as he neared them, the view of her face was clear. He was awestruck, as there was something that made him mad inside. He could feel his heart beat getting faster, his stomach churning, and his pattern of speech, quite muffled.
He was a normal, average teenager, who led the monotonous teenage life, but never had he felt this way. He was accustomed to seeing beautiful women everyday in his college, but she was special. He just smiled at her nervously and walked away quickly. He finally felt, he had a purpose for attending tution classes, as he would get to see her everyday.
Finally, his attendance would be great, his grades, ten times better too. He nervously walked to his motorcycle and rode it as fast as he could. He felt himself feeling free, also, he felt a feeling of happiness, like he had achieved something major in life. That day, he went home, and started working on his looks, and styled his hair. Experimenting with random hairstyles, finally bore fruit. He felt an aura of confidence seeping through him. Night fell, and he was on his bed, unable to sleep, thinking about her the whole night. He "missed" her presence while sleeping, as it was common that during the night, people are more emotional. Finally, the sun rose, and to his mother's surprise, he got up early, neatly folded the sheets and arranged his bed. He then ate his breakfast, while standing in the balcony, staring at the sky, feeling one with nature, as the hair on his hands stood up. This gave him chills ,tremendous chills, as a wave of emotions seeped through him.
He felt his life getting happier in just some hours, a happiness he always strived for. He was in an utter confusion, as he retorted to himself, "Is this love?". He snapped himself out of the thought, and realized that it was nothing more than an infatuation. He felt quite "un-manly", as he grew up to Mafia films and crime series. Snapping his eyes shut, he tried to control his emotions, which seemingly overwhelmed him. He diverted his mind by working out heavily, as he slowly forgot about it. It was almost sunset. And, it was tution time. The emotions rushed back to him within seconds, as he felt the same surge of emotions. This caused him to style his hair, wear cologne, and wear more manlier shirts. He wore a hood on top of his shirt, casually keeping his hands in his pockets, as he stepped out of the house.
He looked at his motorcycle and started imagining things with his crush. The gatekeeper's shouts brought him back to reality. Accelerating hard, he raced his bike into sunset, as he let the warmth of the evening sun kiss his face. He felt uber fresh and confident, as he was driving. Soon, his tution arrived, and there she was standing, talking to one of her friends, as she gradually looked at him, with a blushy smile on her face. He rubbed his eyes and warped himself back to reality. He was seemingly overthinking things and seeing her projections in front of his eyes. There was this deep doubt in his mind, that whether she felt the same for him. "How could she?", he thought as he knew that they didn't know each other. To his surprise, she was talking to her friend, as there was a smile on his face, just looking at her. She wasn't too over the top, model-esque gorgeous, but she was just something perfect for him. Holding her books in her hands, she was having a conversation with her friend. He stood there for a moment, as he felt the same wave of feelings flow through him. He knew he would act stupid, because of his overwhelming feelings.
Putting on a poker face, he lit his cigarette, as he put on earphones and listened to his favorite artist, "Marianas Trench". The song made him feel energetic and confident, as he passed by her, without an emotion on his face. It was all the years of training in the army, that had helped him. He casually took some steps toward the staircase and reached his class. The thoughts of her start reappearing in his mind, as he flipped his pencil continuously, lost in deep thought. The sound of the professor snapped him back to reality. He somehow managed to concentrate in the class, as someone walked in. He looked in anticipation!
