Well it's a concept stolen from dragonball haha you wear weighted clothing or items while training, to the point where you can move at your normal speed with the added weight. Your body adjusts and this becomes the normal for it but when you remove the weights the extra muscles you had to use for running or hitting now goes into a form of advanced speed and power. For example if you spent a week running 100m holding a bolder, you become used to it then the next week you do the same run without the wright of the boulder your muscles will have grown stronger and you run faster

Lee dropping his weights against gaara, man that fight was one of the best of the series

Very good. Now perform a nice combo against that dummy, only using free-form tai, and taijutsu.

I'd like to but a combo on an interactive not immobile dummy is hardly right as anyone can punch and lick a dummy around, I'd prefer if you made a clone to strike me so I can give a true battle example if possible

The clone proceeds to head directly towards the student, and as soon as it reaches said student it drops it's legs, so the clone is squatting in front of the student, and in a mere moment it performs a sweeping kick with it's left leg, allowing the student for some room to counter.

As your clone runs at gajeel he stands with his arms at his sides almost looking relaxed but in actuality this was his natural stance so as to throw of his opponents. As the clone came in performing the leg sweep, as the leg comes toward his legs he draww back the bottom of his legs from the knee down leaving him mid air to drop knee first into your clones leg breaking it with the knee smash. Assuming your clone doesn't poof away gajeel swings his right first aroond punching the clone in the right cheek to finish him off while distracted

Perfect, now with that take these weights that I just summoned, currently they have no massive weight attached to them, all I want you to do is put them on and do a few kicks, there is a minor weight obviously nothing life changing but tell me if you feel a different or not.

Perfect, now with that take these weights that I just summoned, currently they have no massive weight attached to them, all I want you to do is put them on and do a few kicks, there is a minor weight obviously nothing life changing but tell me if you feel a different or not.
It's all good buddy, we all get busy, i even forgot about this xd

I begin to try and run around with the added weight on and notice the difference. For one it takes twice the amount of energy per step i take due to having to life the additional weight, and in doing so it slows me down as it's not a normal process for me right now. Not only this but due to the added effort of every movement i make i would soon become sweaty and out of breathe not being used to carrying such weight in my normal movements, even if it is only a little bit of additional weight

Okay, I add 20kgs to each of the weights, how are they now?
Heavy haha

As I try to walk around it seems near on impossible at first, such effort and energy to take one step I keep trying yet get worn out so soon. From here I keep trying day in dat out As by muscles in me legs slowly become attuned to the weight until after days of endless training I am able to move at what was once my normal speed

Okay, so I was just waiting for you to post. :|

But anyway, take the weights off and perform a combo using only your legs.

Having struggled to walk around for over a month with his weights it was time to take them off. Gajeel has continued his training routine day in day out to be able to move as fast as he was before while adjusting to the weight on his legs. It was now time to radar the fruits of his labour. He unstapped the weights from his legs and let them fall to the floor with a loud crack. He flexed his legs and as he did his movements were so much easier, faster and felt like They took no effort. He jumped on the spot going several meters with ease. Landing back down he looked around seeing a large bolder, he knew what he wanted to do. He aimed to dash at then boulder but due to his new found speed he pretty much appeared infront of it with his foot shattering it into rubble. What he'd actually do was sprint at the boulder and as he reached it performed a spinning back kick to shatter he boldrr, his legs a lot stronger now as well as faster.
