Sorry but wrong.

Ichigo don't use shunpo much, his speed comes from his bankai, which is not shunpo. Similar with Aizen, he's shunpo is not better than Soifon's who already outpaced him in his shinigami form, later he become faster, but that comes from Hogyoku's transformations, which is again not shunpo.

Fastest shinigami overall, not just shunpo would be (don't count Ichigo):
1. Tenjiro
2. Yoruichi
3. Urahara or Yamamoto

If we count other speeds and not just shunpo, list would be the same, since except Ichigo (his speed comes from his bankai, but even than he is not fast enough to be on the list) and Aizen (with Hogyoku he is no longer shinigami, but he would be faster than characters listed).

Same with Sonido users.
1. Zomari
2. Can't say for sure, since except Zommari none didn't demonstrate much sonido.
Zommari is obviously first with his usage in sonido, he is only espada that was able to make clones.

lol, he has the title of kenpachi after killing unohana, he's was comparable to aizen and yamamoto when he was a kid, he has to be fast

edit: people don't understand that after the 17 month skip aizen is fodder now, renji is probably faster.

He has fast reaction times and bladework, however Byakuya for example is still faster.

Yoruichi's speed is after Tenjiro's greatest. Aizen showed great speed by touching Ichigo's chest, but i believe that others can do same. Sparing is not same as fight, and keeping up is not same as being equal (+ Yoruichi didn't use shunko). Again keep up is not same as being equal, but either way i believe that Yoruichi can do same. She has title is Godnees of flesh, you think that Kubo will give her that title for nothing?

Yea she was givin that title goddes of flash cuz she is the fastest female in the show she barely was able to out run soi fon actually she could not out run her she had to cancel out soi fon attacks inorder to win....what other captain besides Yama can touch ichigo chest like that? I would kyoraku an that's it an i doubt he can do it..Yama showed great speed he beat kyoraku an ukitake to the spot they fought in an they had a head start..an where does it state shunko increases speed?...I can say urahra won't useing his real speed he's very fast aswell.

When she striked him with her Suzumebachi in her battle with him, also she did something similar together with Yoruichi in SS arc.

Shunko is combination of Shunpo and Kido. Shunpo itself increase user speed, there is proof.

Wat? He was hit by soifon thanks to hitsugiya distracting him,he knew he would be alright so their was no need to panic an move plus we don't even know when he switched placees with the girl...soi fon an yourichi did wat they just showed up out of nowhere basically a sneak attack,now let them face aizen straight up an try an blitz him I bet it would fail big time he'd blitz an stab their throats.
