But what if the larger FRS is slower than the smaller? It should probably be that way because its already really dense as Ma and Pa stated in Pain arc and were surprised he was able to throw it (even with his SM strength) so shouldn't the larger one be heavier, thus slower?

Yeah, Kakashi needed Kamui to get rid of Susanoo Arrows from about 20 meters out and his reactions are on par with Itachi at the very least if not better.

It'd be harder to throw due to it being heavier, but KCM Naruto used around 4 or 5 arms, 3 or 4 of them being chakra arms, to throw it. We've already seen how strong chakra arms are. Not to mention a standard FRS was easily dodged by Pain and 3rd Raikage, but Kakashi couldn't even react to a regular Susanoo Arrow, which is equal to Enton Arrow and Chou FRS in speed.

Not to mention Enton projectiles shot by Sasuke's hand are as fast as a standard FRS.
