According to this manga there are different levels of instant teleportation some faster than others despite them being instant. Kamui x2 >> Kamui and FTG lvl 2 >> FTG and so on.

Instant teleportation is something we as humans can't measure so to say nothing can be faster than instant is false definitely in a fictional world.

It can nnot be rationalized, because they are both instantaneous. For example Ameno may require less prep, but with prep Minato can cross longer distance, since they happen in the same time frame, using distance/time FTG is techinaclly faster. But no matter what it doesn't matter since distance/0 isn't speed as you can divide by zero.

I already proved why ftg is better in terms of actual speed, it being more spammable being just one of the reasons.
