Naruto has more speed feats than anyone in the entire Manga.
Naruto is the fastest Shinobi currently alive. The best part is that it's all raw foot speed. No S/T Jutsu to aid him. All foot speed. Though his speed has been severely nerfed just to let his opponents stand a longer chance against him.

In short, Sasuke is def. slower than Naruto. Sasuke faps will just need to swallow this hard fact.
