Fastest NV cvharacter

I've been seeing a bit of controversy based on who the fastest character in the NV is. So I just wanna see what everyone thinks. Vote for you believe it is.

Include how fast you think Minato can spam his FTG, based on his reaction time and such in your opinions.

Foot Speed or teleportation included? Because 3 people can all move at instantaneous speed, though Naruto seems to be insanely fast on foot.

Don't know how fast sasuke is since it's unsure if it's Time space or just raw speed... Ay for raw speed sauce or any one with Ftg would technically be same speed minato just spammed the crap out of it and was crazy fast with it

Fight speed is a different story though.

Yeah, but there are so many hints in the last few chapters...no this entire arc where we see Sauce out beat Naruto.

Most true, Idk about Sasuke being faster than Naruto though. When Sakura created the diversion Sasuke took off before him to attack and they hit at the same time.

Minato is fastest in base though, most of those guys use enhancements, but how exactly is Tsunade fast? I still Think Minatos the fastest anyway.
