Naruto - he lol blitzed Kaguyas arm off. There's no one faster than him when he's in Sage Kurama chakra mode.

Sasuke is still more effective than Minato in terms of Teleportation...

In terms of battle purposes yes. But in terms of speed, no. Minato has more range with his FTG and he doesn't have a cool down either. Since Speed=Distance/Time, then Minato is faster. Because sasuke can't teleport from from country to country in an instant like mianto can (as long as there's a marking). Also sasuke can't spam his technique continuously in quick succession like Minato used to do on the battlefield in the third ninja war.

Naruto is the fastest, with Yin Kurama he was faster than Kaguya but now he has full Kurama plus 12 years of training/experiences (Hokage Naruto was comfortability using Shunshin in base). As for people saying Gai, he's not really that strong when you use Naruto logic. 8th gate is stated to give you power above the 5 Kages (Gai needed 7th gate to beat a weaker version of Kisame, a Kage level without Samehada.) yet Edo Madara easily beat the 5 Kages without using a major portion of his full power as he called it child's play and that fact he didn't use his other Rinnegan jutsus or MS jutsus.

Gai in 8th Gai would be on Edo Madara level but still loses as Deva path and/or PS would be enough of a defense with Madara's sensory ability and both eyes being able to follow Gai instead of a one eye nerfed JJ Madara. For Gai to increase his speed he needs to use Shunshin which works on the amount of chakra you focus in your feet but he wouldn't have more chakra than top tiers

... Okay. All I care about (and I believe what this whole topic about) is about battle purposes. Also Sasuke's Amenotejikara range has drastically increased, shown in his final fight against Naruto. And even in the last his amenotejikara range his increased MUCH more, unless you believe he is just that fast with footspeed.

Anyways, if you wanna use that logic for speed, Obito is still faster than Minato. Minato's needs to first mark where he wants to go before he can go there, as apposed to Obito, who with Kamui can just warp anywhere.

Madara saw both Gai's and Sasuke's attack coming. Couldn't defend either.

See that is where you are wrong. Had it not been for Minato/rock lee, Madaras TSB would have protected him against Gai.

In the case of Sasuke, he did not see Sasuke's attack coming. Sasuke was already delivering his attack when Madara commented on his speed, which is why he couldn't react.

Truth is, Gai's speed isn't even instant. Shit, lee was able to throw a Kunai in between Gai and Madara, before Gai could even reach Madara. FTG or Amenotejikara would have already been on Madara.
