Who are the current top 15 fastest bleach characters?

side question: are quincies the fastest in bleach

i'll be grateful to all serious answers

Quincies are not faster than Shinigami's.
Only the really op ones.
For speed feats, they are easily some of the fastest from the big 3, Bleach, Naruto, One Piece.
Aizen
is top five. I would have to go back and check my databooks, cause I dont remember from the top of my head.

I know for a fact Final Getsuga and the new Ichgo should be faster then Yoruichi/ Soifon and Hokyoku Aizen

Ishida said Hirenyaku was superior to Shumpo so I guess it goes

Hirenyaku > Shunpo > Sonido

Average speed. But now that he might have good power up from Juha Bach, he will most likely have a substantial speed increment.
But he is not in the top 15 in terms of speed....YET.

They are pretty much the same but there has been more abilities shown for shunpo.
