Haku moved at the speed of light so fast that a drop of water was in slow motion.
Haku moves at the speed of light but later in the series Mabui's light speed technique was said to rip people apart however every technique is different plus she said it was designed for inanimate objects anyway plus fodder shinobi were sent through it ya know nameless characters, characters that never even appeared on panel.
Naruto characters have light speed to faster than light striking speed, they can land multiple blows in a flash.
Itachi moves his hands so fast that Kakashi can't even track them with his sharingan.
Madara reacted to Tsunade moving at the speed of light.
So in the end Naruto characters have LS reactions, LS-FTL striking speed, and Sub relativistic travel speed. I'll admit they can't travel around the planet multi times in a second neither can Gotenks (30 min fusion duh).
