Fast shinobi's.

They are not that fast. for example.

- Minato couldn't save Naruto, Hiruzen come's out of nowhere and save him.
- Minato too slow to catch and teleport black Zetsu.
- Naruto getting Blitzed by Blind Madara.


I mean these 2 are the Top 2
but yet the Can't do the easy thing's.

Naruto could EASILY dodge that kick or punch from Madara.

Naruto is exhausted and probably wasnt even in sage mode anymore. Minato is fast but black zetsu was already on obito nothing he could really do and speed doesn't mean omnipresence.

Naruto's speed comes from BM/KCM and intense reflexes from SM...
Naruto posed a guarding position but still was knocked off his feet thanks to SM, if he had been in BM he probably'd have evaded that...

Minato's abilities are just always held back because potentially he can get off-limits...

When Minato can catch naruto in mid air, yet can't attack an opponent 2 feet in front of him, can't get baby naruto out of harms way against the kyuubi, and can't save naruto from the god tree fast enough, I tend to discredit his speed, which canonically has only ever been used in short bursts merely to show off.
