Sakura is the most powerful Kunoichi in the manga right now. And they have Tsunade. I'm sure every village has their share of weak male and female ninja.

Nah Konohagakure has Tsunade, Mito, Kushina(held down Kyuubi even when impaled by huge Kyuubi nail, and dying from Kyuubi lose). Sakura has great medical ninjutsu, slug summon and byakugo. Ino's mind switch was able to work on Kinkaku when he was in Tailed beast mode and she can be used as communication just like her father. Hinata has 64 palms and Air palm, in the near future she'll be just as good as Neji. Konoha has some pretty good kunoichi. They are not Sh*t/.

Tsunade wrecks Mei. :| Konan gives a challenge though, but loses.

Temari is one of the worst match ups against Tsunade. But hey, if you put almost anyone vs Temari with enough distance they would lose.
