V2 lightening armor speed only (without dojutsu or sensing ability) isnt enough to evade kamui if he hasnt a clue that kamui is coming ,Ay evaded amatrasu because he easily knew it was coming thanks to eye bleeding ,but in kamui's case there is no bleeding niether nor any sign for Non sensor shinobi without dojutsu like Ay lll in order to know kamui is coming ,when JJ Obito blocked amatrasu he explained that he sensed the chakra building up and that is JJ obito we are talking about ,but that doesnt mean kakashi can warp V2 Ay lll in the mid of shunshin .
