Distance: 10 meters
Restriction: BSM, BM, SM, KCM, Kurama
Mindset: to kill

Conditions: Alive Base Minato is same as in manga. Base Naruto is same as in manga + has all Base Minato's feats in using Space Time Ninjutsu.

Scenario 1: Base Minato vs Base Naruto with Space time Ninjutsu
Scenario 2: Base Minato vs Base Naruto with Space time Ninjutsu + all Minato's sealing techniques
Scenario 3: Base Minato vs Base Naruto with Space Time Ninjutsu + all Minato's selaing techniques and same mastery over handseals.

Who will win ?

Imo, Naruto looses first..., but win both last scenarios. Base Minato=Base Naruto + Space Time Ninjutsu +sealing techniques + mastert over handseals. This is how I se it.

Minato has better brains. Also he has a distinctive advantage that you ovelooked, Naruto is a Jinchuriki so being able to break the seal means Naruto's death so there's a big drawback for Naruto.

Also Minato has experience, better speed, reactions [greater than Ay in base] something that puts him above SM Naruto, so base Naruto can't compete.

Well brains and reaction time I will agree. However speed is debatable.

Experience is of course on Minato's side although Naruto is not so far in that category.
