- If you say that the intent to kill is nerfing the user then you are delusional.

- Without free powerups (Kurama, Itachi's eyes, etc) we would still have Sage Modo vs Raw and Sage Modo > Raw

If they someone says that they are equals, but at the same time they say one is holding back and one is fighting to kill. Aren't they in denial ?

How can two be equal while one holds back and the other does not.

Sasuke literally didn't fight, yet was nerfed because she had many chances.
Sasuke was the same, not only was he blind, he hesitated, Karin told him not to do it, and he was just holding his hand behind Sakura.
And he chocked her the second time instead of Killing her.
And she used a Kunai instead of punching him.
2. Is the intent to save someone through fighting nerfing the user ?

This isn't nerfing, Sakura gets stronger when Sasuke, Sarada, even NAruto is indanger...or anyone at that matter.
Naruto is the same.
Hinata gets courage....but Pein.

Naruto used techniques that would kill sasuke if he took them head on aka bijuu dama and massive twin rasenshuriken he also used his tsb against sasukes arrows naruto had killing force behind his attacks he just never connected same for sasuke until the end when things ended in a draw

Naruto couldn't use any stronger technique than "two ultra rasen shuriken bijudama" .... Why ??? Because in chapter 697 page 5 , both Naruto and Sasuke ran out of chakra (Manga fact) .... If Naruto used stronger techs , Naruto would run completely out of chakra while Sasuke could absorb the technique using Preta path (Manga fact) ....
So from two manga facts I'll conclude this :" killing intent doesn't matter at all for this case ."
