The translations aren't 100% accurate. It could be like "My kinjutsu skills are on par with Orochimaru's" rather than him actually being on a Sannin level.

Chapter was not that bad IMO. Some good developments here and there, like Team Konohamaru going on a B-Rank mission, so we'll see a Sarada/Mitsuki/Konohamaru focus. Boruto is fighting someone from the top ten in the Bingo Book, so we'll see how strong that fat-ass is. Maybe we'll see Boruto use those elements, or the Seal will activate? If that happens, I expect Sasuke to make an appearance soon.
Hoozuki castle was referenced though. I like Shojoji as a villain tbh. He's disgusting, fat, ugly, and he kills.

Yeah content wise nothing new was really brought up other than team boruto getting a mission, but this is like the second chapter of the new arc so we should give it time
Shojoji doesn't seem like a major threat don't see the fight lasting more than a chapter I'm sure sarada and mitsuki will arrive as back up and end the fight quick.
Remember how quick they foddereized his henchmen he won't be any different.
