I've noticed a slight rise in two or more people working in joint on a single Fan Fiction Project. Usually, the poster is thanked, and the co-author is given reputation.
Sometimes, this is impossible though, and when trying to rep. the co-author, the message "You must spread some reputation around before giving it to this user again."
I suggest, when the thread is posted, to give the poster the ability to add to the poster, much like a multiple sending target's in a PM.
This is what I mean (I don't have photoshop capability, so please, bear with me.):
Thread name: Fan Fiction: XYZ
Posted by: User 1 and User 2.
______
When viewing the thread, the second user's information could be put directly under the first's. (Since most Fan Fiction's stretch to a point where you have to scroll, there should be sufficient room.)
I know how much work goes into a fan fiction, and think it's only right both user's be rewarded for their work. (Example: Natsu and Sai, in some of their older FF, although this is mostly pointed towards future post).
