Tobi sifts through the grass of the field, his Sharingan passively activated. He peers at the man standing before him, the pitch black pupils and tomoe sitting on a sea of red. Tobi immediately realized the identity of the man before him. The lone survivor of the Uchiha Clan massacre, Sasuke Uchiha. No doubt he was looking for his brother. "Looking for someone," Tobi asked. It would behoove him for Sasuke to eliminate Itachi, but there was something Tobi wanted himself, and he needed to keep up appearances. Obito reached up, and gripped the edge his mask. With a cracking sound, he tore it off, revealing both of his eyes. He knew he would need both for a match against a fellow Uchiha. Obito drops the broken piece of mask to the ground, and weaves two handseals in the blink of an eye. He pours his chakra into the sky, and uses it to force open a portal directly above Sasuke. An extremely strong and dense mud begins to drip from the portal, falling to Sasuke. As the portal opens and the mud begins to pass, Obito slams his foot onto the ground, channeling Katon through his leg and into the ground. The Katon travels through the ground at high speed, reaching Sasuke shortly after Obito's foot makes contact with the ground. The fire erupts around Sasuke as three pillars in a triangular formation. The first pillar of fire erupts in front of him, but slightly towards his left. the second erupts to his right, and the third erupts to behind him. The pillars do not directly touch Sasuke, being close enough to prevent any major movements in either direction, but spaced out enough so that the mud falling from above can pass through and strike him. Due to the size of the pillars, it'd be impossible for him to pass through them without burning himself in the process. As the mud falls through the fire, it would become superheated by the pillars that trap Sasuke in place, severely burning his body as the mud crashes into him, crushing his body as it buries him.

It’s normally followed up by Lightning release: sixteen pillar bind to create a giant oven around the opponent and then using Fire release: Firing biscuit technique to ignite the oven, hardening the mud and immobilizing the enemy target.

As Tobi shows himself and destroys his mask, I simply channel chakra at my eyes, activating my Sharingan with 2 tomoes, after that, I notice a portal opening above me, I simply channel chakra at my right hand as i slam it in the ground, creating a giant gust beneath me that sends me towards the opponent in a amazing speed, as the opponent focuses on the portal, I simply channel chakra at his brain, blocking his chakra pathway as i catch him in a illusion where he takes a kunai and plugs it in his head due to him being scared by me, in reality he's mentally damaged and leaves him vulnerable, i take three kunais, one with a flash bomb and two with explosive tags, the first one blinds Obito while the other two pierce through his chest and explode, killing him.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

As Sasuke launches himself into the air, Tobi has two massive cubes of earth break from the ground and directs his hands towards Sasuke as he is airborne. The two cubes are immediately launched towards Sasuke(without the spinning around Tobi first) side by side but with the one on the left behind slightly behind the one to the right. The cubes are also spaced apart enough for Tobi to see Sasuke through the space. Should Sasuke continue with his plan to use Genjutsu rather than defending against the cubes, they would slam him into him. Should the cubes slam into him, Obito then directs his hands downwards, causing the cubes to plummet downwards and drive the young Uchiha into the ground.

As Obito summons two cubes of earth and aims them towards me, trying to catch me unprepared and airborne, I simply smirk as i channel lightning chakra thorough my whole body as i generate the lightning all around me, protecting me from the chunks of earth and completly destroying them, the second the earth cubes crumble, I deactivate the jutsu and take four kunais, all of them enhaced and infused with Wind chakra, getting closer and closer with the opponent, I simply throw them towards Obito and as they get into close range with him, they explode into 4 giant tornadoes that completly rip and cut the opponent severly if not killing him, just as i throw the kunais, i focus my chakra on the neck while releasing it and activating the cursed seal of heaven level one as black patters appear thorough my whole body and boost my power and make me mentally and physically stronger, after that, I open my mouth and say. "You wanna take my eyes don't you ? Come. I want to see how long you can last against Sasuke Uchiha !!!"

The intense pain of losing his entire left arm, as well as the force of the stream hitting him, would disorientate him and cause him to fall to the ground.

Just as i protect myself from the chunks and deactivate the lightning jutsu, I notice a thick stream of water coming towards me with amazing speeds, not having time for another plan, I mold a massive amount of chakra into my chest as i exhale it into the shape of a giant stream of water that goes towards the opponent with great power and speed, just like a torrent and since we're near short-range with each other, evading it would be almost impossible, my water jutsus hits Obito's as they both collide and render useless, I focus to the chakra in my neck as i release the heaven's cursed seal level 1 and dark patterns appear all around me while making me stronger and more powerful, I do this while jumping backwards with all my speed, while taking 1 kunai with explosive note attached to it and throw it at Obito, after that, I make a single hand seal [Speciality] and in an instant, they multiply, becoming a thousand explosive kunais coming towards you while i jump in long range from you.

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

As Tobi's and Sasuke's water techniques collide and cancel out, Tobi releases his stream and channels chakra to the ground below him. He causes the earth in front of him to break apart and start moving towards Sasuke in a large, powerful landslide. The earth would be moving towards Sasuke as he is activating his Curse Mark while descending, and would strike him right as he lands. If he were to continue with the rest of his move, the earth would strike him instead and bury him alive. For some extra insurance, Tobi forms a single handseal and spews out a small but highly condensed sphere of fire from his mouth as the earth starts to move towards Sasuke. The fireball strikes the ground and explodes outwards, creating a powerful storm of flames that move along with the ground. The fire melts the earth, creating a fiery river of molten earth to strike Sasuke at his feet, crippling his legs and severely damaging him.

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
