In Naruto shipuuden episodes 427-428 we see a Naruto in the Tsukiyomi of Tenten.
This Naruto is called Menma, just as the one in the Road to Ninja movie.

Menma in these episodes (427-428), does not have the Uzumaki logo on his back.
He has a different one. He also behaves more like Minato, than the real world Naruto, who is more like Kushina. His hair is a tad different too. Its more like Minato his hair.

What do you think?
Is the logo on Menma his back the Namikaze logo? Probably.
In this world Minato is not the hokage, so Naruto did not have to take the Uzumaki name to protect himself, so he is probably Namikaze Naruto in that world.
Therefore he can wear his father's family crest on his back.

Well, we do know he was given the Uzumaki name to not show any relations to the 4th Hokage. We know Sakura's father is that world's fourth hokage, so it is also safe to assume he's the one that sealed Kurama in Naruto Menma. This would mean Minato was alive, which would mean nobody would care if he was related, which would mean he took his father's name.

Does it mean his symbol on the back is Namikaze? Not exactly. The Uzumaki Crest is used all over Konoha, even in their standard flak jackets. But considering Naruto's outfit isn't standard Konoha style, then we can assume it does represent his family. So it could be the Namikaze crest.

TL;DR: Yes.

All Konoha shinobi with the konoha flak jacket wear the Uzumaki symbol.
Due to the friendship of the Senju and Konoha with the Uzumaki clan.

However Naruto does not wear the Konoha flak jacket. He wears clothes of his own, which could have his family weapon on the back, as many clans have somewhere on their clothing.
