Fall of Konoha's morals all started when Hashirama died.
1. Because Hashirama had specifically told Tobirama NOT to persecute the Uchiha. But what did Tobirama do? he put them in a freaking corner, acting like they didn't have any minds or won't notice anything. Segregation = Fall in morals
2. And then of course, we have the devil himself DANZO.... Danzo is a freaking traitor of the leaf, most people will keep referring to his death. But don't realize the fact he was working with Hanzo and Orochimaru, throughout the series. This man threatened other people and etc. FURTHER ruining the Morals leaf stood for.
3. The bloody "leaders" put the whole blame of a unkown accident on already a segregated clan of the Uchiha. When you decide to put blame on a whole freaking clan, which you have already segregated .. you are basically saying, "You all are my biotches, and are gonna do everything we say." Did they listen to the Uchiha? no. Did they talk to the Uchiha? no. AGAIN FALL IN MORALS.
