Why do I have this feeling that the current Big Mom we see is a fake?

We saw Big Mom attend the Dinner with the Vinsmokes and she didn't look pissed so why was the Sun and Cloud angry?

Even Cracker had a fake form and most likely the Smoothie Commander and Katakuri Commander will also have a fake form so maybe even Big Mom will have a fake form.
