Fairytail Jutsu Idea

Ok so I've been wondering if some Farytail Dragon Slayer spells could be a jutsu.

Ex. Fire style: Fire Dragon Slayer Technique: Iron Fist of the Fire Dragon.

They can you just enter them in the custom jutsu submission area and fill out the application form.

In theory there is nothing against it as a lot of jutsu's are based on moves from other manga or anime, however most of Natsu's techs have already been made into jutsu's and the ones that are not are already similar to existing techs.
