I am in complete agreement with Escorpiius why the team makeup is what it is. Personally, Gildarts for Gray in terms of sheer power. I do think Gray has untapped potential.

Natsu,Gray and Gazille should be replaced with Mirajane,Gildarts and Jellal. Then they have a beast team.
