Its a good anime

I was a bit iffy when my friends told me to watch it, but once I started I couldn't stop watching

The openings are amazing but kind of a spoiler lol xd

They joke around even in serious moments even the villains sometimes joke around xd

Once I got caught up with the anime I started reading the manga

I'd give it a 8/10

Dude if never watched fairy tail anime. Tried to but couldn't get past the first ep, at this point I was already 100 chapters into fairy tail. In my opinion anime didn't do it justice but omg the manga is amazing!!
I love it more than naruto, and one piece I'd rate above naruto as well.
One piece anime isn't all that bad I'm just a guy who just doesn't like fillers so I stay away from animes of popular manga.

So yes get into it and read it. There's only one way to find out if you like it or not isn't there

And, yes, you should definitely watch it. Skip some unnecessary fillers, like for example the Daphne arc and the Lisanna fillers.

The only canon filler that you will see is the Arc about the Key of the Starry sky, or something like that, it starts around episode 125 and ends in episode 150.

It's not the anime that I get the most excited about every week, but it's enjoyable and I like to have it as a manga "on the side" which I follow, but not religiously.

It's a good break from something like Naruto which has a lot of emotion in it, and it's very funny. Very funny. Something to note though, you will enjoy it a lot more if you start reading it with an open mind and don't take it too seriously. The moment you start analyzing stuff like plot consistency and asspulls you definitely won't enjoy it anymore. Oh and there's fanservice, so no complaints lol

I do both. The Anime is very well made, I love it!! But problem is, when you reach last episode, you won't be able to keep waiting, and thus you will have to read the manga as well! It's one of the few manga/anime's that still make me laugh out loud.
