Great chapter, Mavis has been through a lot, she probably created Zeira from her imagination, if she was a ghost she wouldn't have aged in 7 years.

Zeira had also grown, just like Mavis. If Hiro wanted to emphasize she was a ghost or something, her having changed, Yuriy being able to see her (and Zeira herself trying to hide) but above all Yuriy's reaction on the last page is very peculiar. He acts like something is going to happen to Zeira, which is already odd if she's a ghost, but he even said he felt some kind of attraction to her.

So yea I'm shipping Zeira as Makarov's mom.

Yes, it could also refer to Mavis, but we know that Mavis survives. Unless what he's talking about happened after the founding or that Mavis was already a ghost at that point, but I have my doubts about that.

Yeah agreed on that.keeping that aside,I don't understand how hiro is going to connect Zeref & Mavis(assuming mavis has no connection to 400 years ago).tbh after reading 400th chapter yesterday....I kinda lost XD
