Fairytail is more emotional, I think Naruto is better on the battle front but the speaches and overall feel is better in Fairytail.

But on topic. Fairy Tail isn't really all that. For example Natsu until the current arc has no character development at all. He just gets random powerups. I would like to get more into this but this isn't the thread for it yet.
