Fairy tail - Thoughts about the series so far

Listen guys!!! You gotta take a look at Fairy tail, i´m about to go pure fanboy over this series!!!:izuna:

Fairy tail has exceeded all my expectations, it´s better then naruto and i can already see that based on where i am in the series!
I´m currently at episode 34 and boy am i enjoying it!!!

I´m so into this series! Lucy is supposed to be the main character but Natsu seems to have that role in the series, i don´t know, i seem a little confused about that!

Natsu is cool, he´s main character material, he´s goofy,funny,playful but when he wants to be a badass, he sure can be one!!

Gray is the cool pretty boy of the gang who always takes off his shirt out of habit, no homo though, he´s really cool and he reminds me about sasuke only he´s much better!!

Natsu and Gray are somewhat rivals as they´re always in constant fighting.

Now let´s get to the females, let´s get to Erza!!!
Erza is simply the best female character in any series IMO, she beats any female character, i don´t know what to say about her! Simply 10/10 in any way, she´s a perfect character!! Anyone who has a series who is thinking of a female character should base it on Erza!!

Lucy is a cool character aswell, she´s the "normal" one but she sure beats any naruto character you can think of in personality and character!

I´m gonna cut through the bullshit about the sales, popularity etc and i´ll be very honest based on what i´ve seen so far.

Fairy tail beats Bleach(not worth mentioning) and Naruto while equaling One piece based on what i´ve seen so far!!!

I really recommend you watch this great series, it deserves the hype it gets!!!

I really like this series and i want NB to know about it!!!

Hmm... I'm not sure it's better than Naruto. Depends. Everyone has their own preference. BUT I agree when you say it gives the female characters a bad-ass role.

Erza's got the balls to take on Madara himself o.o
...um, don't take that literally.

Anyway, I don't like how every fight Natsu gets in, it ends up like this:
Natsu fights → Natsu loses → Gets power-up → Natsu wins.

Plus, the 7-year timeskip was kind of dumb. It was supposed to leave mystery behind, yet it turns out all the main characters are alive and frozen... and appear after 2 chapters o__o

for me is the 3 of 5 best out there in the moment. the only that fairy tail lacks just a bit in the sequel of the story and fights. if had more detail plot and extreme fight like One Piece, wolud beat Naruto and OP, for exemple the 7 years timeskip was cool but, but could had been taken advantage of like Oda did on OP, and put Fairy Tail in a different fighting level.

@Jordy, one piece fights suck compared to other series, pretty much the only thing oda lacks.

The fight of Natsu vs Gajeel was almost like dbz the way they fought, destruction and everything, you can´t complain about the fights and even the story is cool IMO, i still haven´t seen any strange powerups from Natsu yet where i am(episode 34).

I like the anime too. Like you I only read the anime. I first started watching it when there were only 11 episodes, and I thought it was going to be one of those animes that wouldn't last long. I'm glad I was wrong! ^^ I wonder how many episodes it will have. ^^ And all the openings are awesome!!!
