Mira is actually an s-class wizard, she only just started back fighting so you can't expect her to just pick up back where she left off after all these years, natsu is reckless and wild thats why he is not s-classed and erza is and he was not in celestial world for long and yes he is a human, laxus had grandpa issues that's why he did not help, elfman is extremely weaker than erza and mira and the master and laxus were too strong for that kinda magic to work on them.... hope this helps please dont give me anymore butt hurt

Only on Episode 30?

1).That is a foreshadowing of Natsu being something.You will notice another foreshadowing around episode 40-ish I think.A Human can't pass through the Celestial Spirit world(CSW).For a Human to actually live in CSW they need to wear Celestial dress.You will get a hold about this in episode 153(?) or chapter 262.

2).Episode 30?.Watch on and you will understand why nobody likes him.You might become a fan of him later on.Just kidding >_>

3).Erza is stronger than Natsu at that time in the manga.She is stronger than Natsu untill SI arc but after that it is debatable.

4).Like someone already said she lost power and she will regain it later on.Mirajane is a rival to Erza.They both are more or less equal in power.(I am not counting current events in the manga.)

5).That is a Sleeping Magic Spell he casts on the entire guild members to not let them see his mysterious,hideous face.You'll know why when you watch mirror image arc aka Edolas arc.Laxus and Makarov are simply invulnerable for a magic of that level.
