Goal of time. Lost ages was the kind of magic Ultear truly wanted yo master. The only possible explanation ultear being back her normal self is that she mastered that forbiddeb magic along with time of arc.. Time of arc allowed her to rewind back things for just a brief moment or move things to the future.. At tenrou island when ultear fought gray she clearly said that she could manipulate time both ways. So i guess she has mastered it all and taht is how she back to her younger self.
