Mashima has planned a few more sibling relationships in the manga.I want to wildly theorize about Gajeel is the brother of Acnologia but knowing my overwhelming record of none of my theories came to true I don't want to do any theories.

Oh and considering the title for next chapter, I am calling it that the Acno and Zeref battle isn't going to be shown, instead we will see the reconstruction of the Fairy Tail Guild building, and other members will show up because they heard the news the Fairy Tail was being rebuilt.
