Who ever said you get lachrima from dragons? Dragon lachrima are very rare, but as far as I know it has never been said where they come from. Not to mention it would be a contradiction as Cobra had a lachrima while he said that dragons didn't exist. If lachrima would come from real dragons, it would be proof they exist. Also they're supposed to have had their lachrima already when they "killed" their dragons. I mean otherwise it's really getting ridiculous, a bunch of kids killed two dragons =/

who knows maybe the dragon was ill or something and maybe both of them were raised by the same dragon, so they might have the same dragonslayer magic, which would sorta explain how two young children managed to kill there dragon, 2 dragonslayers against an ill dragon , this is just a theory so dnt flame me for it lol. but still gajeel should of been there at that moment aswell

generations aside, didn't natsu retain the power he got from laxus after the tenrou spell was lifted.......that kinda makes natsu a hybrid in his own way.......couple that with this second container thingy happening and theres no clue as to what natsu's limits are right now

He used a lightning fire dragon attack against Max. I don't really understand how he could retain the power from Laxus but who knows...Laxus may have transferred some lachrima to him
