fairy tail dub or sub?

I want to start watching fairy tail and can´t decide between sub or dub usually prefer dub bacause i can catch up faster and watch more but some anime suck dub is the dub ok or is it terrible and the characters and humor are not good?

It only actually worked for Yu Yu hakusho and Db/Z/GT.

I watched the first FT episode dubbed, then re-watched it subbed and continued.

And I used to watch RK on Toonami, thats why I can watch it dubbed now. I'm re-watching it right now actually since I never got far into it before. (on ep 28)

Its always easier to bear with the dub if you've first seen the anime as a child.
