when chapter 402 is coming out? i thought it was for today or yesterday..

Monday probably. Since the whole business of Japan releasing the raws later than they originally did, the release dates of many series of changed. It used to be on friday, however now it's more likely to come out of sunday or monday. The exact dates aren't as certain as they used to be.

The date of almost all manga are pushed back a bit. Though if you read any webtoons, they stay the same
