Welcome to the base....anyways this is an odd match up lol....I personally think Achnologia...a man that became a dragon so clearly insane levels of dragon slayer magic plus probably dragon magic.

Honestly can't recall any strength from the celestrial king, but I could be blanking.

Still would be one interesting fight provided the King has some moves
