Zera says she relives temporarily because magic and thoughts of Mavis have been reset.

And will probably disappear when Mavis remembered again her.

Irene uses magic to literally see the entire kingdom...

As if her eye became heaven.

Irene is surprised because she sees the Scarlet hair Erza.

Towards the end, Zera telepathically says to everyone, to meet.

And she tells them what direction is the guild and they must protect Mavis , who is like their mother.

Thats the reference in the title Mother and Child .

Chapter 492 is named Elder and Younger Sister.

Calling it now Chapter 493 - Elder and younger brother / Dragneel Brothers or The Two Brothers.
