I feel if Laxus is a Wizard saint then Mira will be the master. It's between Mira or Laxus and as Okami said it is unlikely Erza or Natsu or Gray will be the master as it will ground them.

I don't think so, laxus wanted to be a guild master and remember lumen histoire, mira doesn't know about her. Only 3 person knows about it, Laxus (tho he doesn't even know where it is), Gildats and makarov. I bet She will be unleashed at some point in the manga

I agree only 3 people know about it and Laxus for me is the first choice to but if he is not available Mira will be one.
Also I believe Makarov will return when the need to release Lumen Historie arises, it will be his decision.

I suspect that it will more likely be Mira and that she was waiting for everyone to come back to the city.

Whoever it is would have to be someone who didn't give up on Fairy Tail, but I do think Natsu will become Guild Master at the end of the series, just not yet.

I think the Guild Master needs to be someone who never really let Fairy Tail go and waited for all of them to come back.

I think it will be laxus because gildarts is not interested to become one.But we have seen how laxus always wanted to be the master and he really changed after he was expelled from the guild.
Mira will be nice but i dont think she can handle all of them

I am starting to think that Natsu will have the same role as Gildarts in the rebuilt Fairy Tail, he will be promoted to a S-class wizard and be (later on) considered a candidate for Guild Master, but like Gildarts he won't accept it because he would rather continue to go on adventures.

Also he simply wants to be a S-class wizard, he has never shown any desire for the Guild Master position.

I can't see Gray, Natsu or Gajeel becoming new Guild Master. I think Laxus, Erza and Mira has biggest chances. I would cross Laxus, for the reason that I think he is promoted to Saint during 1 year skip. I also think that every Saint have become councilman and therefore can't be member of the Guild.

So for me it's between Erza and Mira.

If ever, this is gonna be the biggest character development ever for Mira. She's always been "under-used" as a character though she clearly has the potential.

Erza has the leader type personality but I dont think she'll accept being grounded and unable to go on adventures.
Natsu is more of a soldier than a leader. Always wants to be on the front line.
Gildarts is strong/est but he's the type who dislikes commitment and responsibilities.
Laxus is also a good candidate for GMship. He wanted to be the GM before but that was because he saw "from his own prospective, how weak FT was back then that he wanted Martial Law within the guild. Now that he's changed, Im no longer sure if he's still interested to become the GM.
