Igneel's brother, the Fire Dragon Holy Pentadrake has finally made his grand entrance!

I think it's just Igneel to be honest. Couldn't it be Igneel is/was a Pentadrake? The old man who gave them this mission has no clue of the whereabouts of most of the dragons, I can imagine he didn't knew Igneel already perished. After all Igneel was portrayed as someone being of a higher order than most other introduced dragons, so it would make sense.

Considering mark paterns on dragon's fingers, this is someone related to Igneel.

Since first dragon was named after Mercury, planet that is in Chinese astrology associated with Water, Fire Dragon should be Marsphobia, or something along those lines.

That would leave 3 unknown Dragons, to be Venus (Metal), Jupiter (wood) and Saturn (earth).
