3. Rock Lee - arguably between Kimmaru and Lee for 3 and 4 but I agree

5. Tsunade - between Tsunade and Kakashi I'd say (even before the sharingan his taijutsu was considered exceptional)

Pure Kenjutsu:

1. Mifune - agreed
2. Mangetsu - I always forget who Mangetsu is. Is that Suigetsu's brother? than agredeed
3. Killer Bee - Agreed
4. Sasuke - Chojuro (He is one of the 7 swordmen of the mist after all)
5. Chojuro - Sasuke (he really isn't all that good with a just kenjutsu without mixing it with lightning or Sharingan)

Pure Ninjutsu: (Without Kekkei Genkai)

1. Hagoromo - Kaguya (though we haven't seen them she is suppose to know all of them)
2. Tobirama - Hagoromo
3. Hiruzen - Tobirama
4. Orochimaru - Hiruzen (the proffessor)
5. Jiraiya/Kakashi - Orochimaru (I bumped Jiraiya and kakashi because even though they have a number of jutsu it isn't as many as the other 5...at least that we have seen anyway)
*They all able to use every element there is.

Pure Genjutsu:

1. Itachi - Agreed
2. Shisui - Agreed
3. 2nd Mizukage - Madara (2nd Misukage's Clam Summon is the one casting the genjutsu not the Mizukage)
4. Madara - Kabuto (He may not be the best but his was enough to catch 2 Uchiha and put an entire arena to sleep)
5. Cee - Kureni (I know we haven't seen a lot of what she can to but she managed to catch Kisame in genjutsu, recognize Itachi placed her in genjutsu and then proceed to break free. that's pretty impressive imo)

Kekkei Genkai

1. Kaguya - Agreed
2. Hagoromo - Agreed
3. Madara - Agreed
4. Hashirama - Agreed
5. Obito - Agreed

Spacetime Ninjutsu

1. Kaguya -Agreed
2. Obito - Agreed
3. Tobirama/Minato - Agreed
4. Sasuke - Agreed

I don't really see a problem with your list. I had a few I would place above or below others for reason I have stated. But all in all this isn't a bad list.

Just saying. I'm just judging by skills rather than feats..
Like how Mifune is a master at swords and nothing else, Bee shouldn't be higher than him.

Unless Bee can draw blindingly fast and cut someone before they can do a hand seal.

Not to mention precision.

Well it wasnt stated in the manga but in episode 105 he was stated to be a master of the electrical sword. So it maybe not "cannon" but i can be assumed that he is a weapons master based on various fights and statements by Izuna uchiha.
Also if your talking about madara from that part of the series im not sure if its madaras weapons skills or just the fac that he had increased speed and reflexes thanks to sage mode...

How can you judge their skill if the only source you have is the Manga? The feats is all they have, and by the feats, your list was incorrect.

Be would manhandle Mifune if they were battling with only swords, an MS user hardly kept up with 7 swords and now he has the most powerful sword of the 7 swords.

It's tough with Cee and Kurenai though, as they both are able to cast genjutsu over a wide field

Yeah, Madara's speed was increased, but how does that matter? SM is a part of his prime.

Reason why I put Mifune above Bee was because of his mastery of Iai.

He was so fast he could slash you before an opponent could perform a hand seal.

And many other things that really matters when it comes to Kenjutsu, not just dancing with swords.

I think Kisame could handle Bee in Kenjutsu (I mean Bee without Samehada and Kisame with it). Mangetsu Hozuki could probably beat Bee in Kenjutsu as well.

There's your problem, you base a character off what you see rather than facts.

I guess as far as your concerned, Hiashi is terrible at taijutsu too.

OT:
You included sasuke in kenjutsu which is wrong.sasuke used lightning in his sword to improve his sword skills.

Anyways, chojuro and 7 sword men who fought against kakshi should be in that list.

In genjutsu list you should have to put sasuke.

In taijutsu list, you forgot to add madara and naruto who are the best taijutsu users.
