From the above image it's clear Sasuke got a solid 2 inches of penetration on Ay's stomach with CM2 Senjutsu enhancement i believe he could have struck Ay's vital organs including the Heart

Maybe, but don't forget that the curse mark is a far cry from actual Sage Mode powers. The curse mark is just a small temporary boost.
