Fair to Say Curse Mark 1 + Sharingan = 5 Gates Speed?

My opinion on this is mainly based off feats we've seen from Sasuke vs. the Sound Ninja & Gaara vs Rock Lee. Both moved at a speed those without Dojutsu were not capable of seeing. Sasuke was not only able to save himself but both Naruto & Sakura without anybody even noticing it. Dosu the smart sound ninja was completely aware he was outgunned and he was terrified for his life.

You have to keep in mind that its relative the person's own strength. At the time Lee's five Gates wasn't as strong as it would be now.
