Factual Naruto tier list

I've crafted this list very carefully according to feats/portrayal/hype. I believe many members are uneducated on the placements of key characters. So I set out about making this.

Tier 1

- Kaguya
- JJ Hagromo
- JJ Madara (After Infinte Tsukiyomi)

Tier 2

- JJ Madara (Both Rinnegan)

Tier 3

- Hagromo
- Hamura
- JJ Madara (Single Rinnegan)
- VOTE 2 Naruto (Naruto can temporarily reach this tier by using BDFRS/FRS with the worlds nature energy)
- VOTE 2 Sasuke (Sasuke can temporarily reach this tier by powering his Susano'O with the Biju's chakra)

Tier 4

- Six Paths Mode Naruto
- Rinnnegan Sasuke
- Revived Madara (Both Rinnegan + SM)

Tier 5

- V2 Juubi (w/ 8 Tails and Half of 9 Tails)
- Revived Madara (Both Rinnegan)

Tier 6

- JJ Obito
- DMS Kakashi/Obito

Tier 7

- V2 Juubi (1-7 Tails with pieces of 8 and 9)
- VOTE Hashirama
- VOTE Madara

Tier 8

- V1 Juubi

- Reanimated Madara

Why that is so:

Perfect Susano'o could not handle Kaguya's chakra arms at all. Mind you, this is one of strongest if not his strongest defensive technique.

Not to mention the fact that Sasuke only landed a hit with his Perfect Susano'o when Naruto canonically blitzed her arm off. So she dealt with a PS with only a left arm, which is pretty hilarious considering the fact that base RSM could handle her power far longer than Sasuke in one of his strongest, if not his strongest defensive technique.

Let's not even bring the fact that Naruto is the only person in the entire Naruto-Verse who reacted to Kaguya's S/T Amenominaka.

1. JJ Madara post IT isn't a tier above JJ Madara pre IT, nor does he belong in JJ Hagoromo's tier.

2. JJ Hagoromo does not belong in Kaguya's tier. He needs to be a tier below, and Madara needs to be a tier below him.

Tier 2

Madara goes in Tier 3. Not Tier 2.

Tier 3

- Hagromo
- Hamura
- JJ Madara (Single Rinnegan)

Madara once again, is way too high. He belongs between Tier 6 and 7, maybe you could get away with putting him in 6 based on how you think the Rikudo Chakra buffed him, but there's absolutely no chance of him being in this tier.

Tier 5

- V2 Juubi (w/ 8 Tails and Half of 9 Tails)
- Revived Madara (Both Rinnegan)

1. Not sure why Juubi is a tier above a Juubi Jin Obito, who was stated to be stronger than the Juubi.

2. Not sure why Revived Madara is in this tier when he can't stand against the Juubi. Like I said, you can get away with him being in 6 or 7. Not 5.

Tier 6

- JJ Obito
- DMS Kakashi/Obito

This tier is fine.

Tier 7

- V2 Juubi (1-7 Tails with pieces of 8 and 9)
- VOTE Hashirama
- VOTE Madara

Lol. V2 Juubi is so much stronger than these guys that it isn't even funny. He belongs a tier above 7, but a tier below 6.

Tier 8

- V1 Juubi

V1 Juubi moves up a tier above Hashirama and Madara.

Tier 9

- Reanimated Madara
- Reanimated Hashirama

These two have shown nothing that'd put them a tier above anyone in Tier 10.

Tier 10

- Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan Madara
- Sage Kurama Mode Naruto
- Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan Sasuke with Jugo's Senjutsu and Kurama's Chakra

Fine.

Tier 11

- Masked Obito with Biju
- Kurama Mode Naruto
- Kurama Mode Minato
- Reanimated Nagato

1. Minato is a tier above.

2. Nagato is a tier below.

Tier 12

- Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan Sasuke
- Sage Mode Kabuto
- Killer Bee
- Masked Obito

I think he just made this thread for Madara wank anyway. Look how many different versions of Madara there are, yet he didn't both to include any early versions of Naruto or Sasuke, pre-skip characters, and is just missing quite a number of them overall.

It may just be me being stoned, but it doesn't even seem like his debate with you even matches up well the tiers he's put. He's got 2R SM Madara a full tier above JJ Madara's Juubi, with the non-SM variant in the same tier as said Juubi. Yet he's claimed that the strongest mortal Madara vs JJ Madara's Juubi was debatable.

Madara wank is all this is, the fact he put this up when he's struggling to prove that Prime Rinne Tensei Madara can even compete with the Incomplete Juubi is laughable.​

Eventually it all came down to Flash Bijudama vs Shinsuusenju, since we had countered everything else in each others arsenals.

But if you factor all feat, hype, and portrayal, Sakura and Tsunade are too low.
Even if you didn't factor in hype they are still too low, especially Sakura.
