Sasuke didnt have a dad that showed him jutsus.
Itachi learned everything by himself, not even Kakashi with more experience could teach him a thing.
Neji was not from the main branch family.
Neji learned everything he knew by observing and was not taught.
Neji didnt have a father to teach him since he sacrifice himself.
Orochimaru lost his parents in war.
Kakashi lost his parents also when he was young.
