I approved until I saw Sakura was tougher than saauke :leaf:, Sakura has regenerative abilities while sasuke doesn't and I'm pretty sure Sakura wasn't pierced directly at the heart since the heart is at the center of the body just a little to the right which madara did not strike unlike sasuke who had his heart pierced.
