1-Using the most complex water jutsu with one hand sign is what makes him the best. The hardest water jutsu to perform is used with one hand seal. Yeah show kisame doing that.

Seeing how Tobirama was known for Edo Tensei means he had control over the jutsu. Whether or not they are powerful is irrelevant as their purpose in my thread is strictly ninja weapons which every ninja ever shown is proficient with.

3-Tobirama is a sensor he knows where his Edo's and Hashi are. Not to mention his edo's can break him out.

4-Flower tree world is countered with water as the attack utilizes pollen which is rendered useless with contact of water.

You should try reading my thread next time or at the very least make it seem like you did.

3. Nothing Proves he can Sense while on the move or in the middle of battle, Him needing to put a finger down proves this, Unless he can defend/attack while keeping 1 finger on the floor and keeping his concentration all at the same time while fighting hashirama.
Also minato has the same feat as tobirama, nothing has been said about their senory skills.

4. Did you not see the sheer size of the flower madara did?, Unless tobirama has attacks on Kisames scale (who is said to have Bijuu/jinchuuriki level chakras) his sution isn't a huge threat to the pollon, Hashriama can always defend the flower against incoming attacking mokuton branches.

Link me where it,saids tobiramas edo tensei is limited to 2 shinobi because orochimaru had the capability to summon 3? Major assumption. The fact that tobiramas edo tensei was incomplete should be a non factor,here.

He may not be as Strong, but he certainly can be more deadly with Edo Tensei and proper preparation.

People under estimate the 2nd because we haven't seen much of him, but I bet that he wasn't any pushover. Madara and his brother were equal in power, so why couldn't Harashima and Tobirama be as well?

Well, Madara did have EMS, but did Harashima have something else as well? I don't know about that but we do know that Tobirama not only created Edo Tensei (arguably the most dangerous jitsu ever) but also had S/T techs.

Overall we really can't judge unless we knew more.

Just because tobirama showed doing a suiton tech with one hand doesnt make him the best, it means his skilled. Haku in part 1,also showed the ability to do a one hand seal tech...


water dome is a complex jutsu and shark bullet.

Compared to what kisame has shown tobiramas arent so complex.

Also tobirama using his sensing finger tech can also leave him at a vulnerable attack..

1. I don't need to show you it, The feats i already posted Puts him above tobirama who has only used 2 B-ranked Techs. As i said in Terms of hand signs he is above kisame, But everything else goes to kisame.
