I'm back and about to set some things straight. First and foremost thanks for showing an interest in my thread. I have proof read it, made sure it fell in line with the new forum rules and regulations, and made sure it is unbiased. So relax I'm not "character bashing" I'm merely putting Itachi in his place due to the recent change in power scaling in this ever inconsistent manga xd. so Enjoy the thread and try to keep things in perspective! I know Itachi is a favorite character for people (he's one of my favorites) but there's no reason to be ignorant of what the manga states. Also everything in bold is important and without a proper understanding you will fail to see where I am coming from.
Like always(if you even remember when I used to do these) manga pages are in the spoiler.
Itachi has never ever had great chakra reserves.
Now when I say great chakra reserves, I mean in regards to his Mangekyou Sharingan usage. Sasuke before he even got the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, was able to use it multiple times in a day without requiring rest like at the 5 kage summit. (this excludes before zetsu gave him chakra) even after he was returned to full chakra he used much more then Itachi against Danzo.
Furthermore one must understand the concept of chakra control. If a jutsu requires 1 amount of chakra, and someone uses 2 amount of chakra, then they wasted 1 amount of chakra. Itachi was an absolute genius and master. No matter the opponent despite his low chakra reserves he could fight on par and could beat most opponents he encountered.
So when doing a comparison between MS usage Itachi is severely lacking against his kid brother. Anyways onto my original posting.
Itachi has displayed before his illness took over completely to only be able to use his Mangekyou Sharingan 3 times before needing rest.
. Furthermore he also stated his body needed rest after using it 3 times. While he can still move, he was so fatigued he had to descend to normal eyes instead of constant sharingan.
Since this is in part one his chakra reserves are greater then in part 2. Itachi is suffering from an illness guys it's not like his stamina is increasing. Also the databook states he had a 2.5 in Stamina.

Itachi's prime does not exist. I know a lot of people say "When he was 13 he was in his prime." Really? Here's a few things you are forgetting.
1-Itachi would of been stomped without Obito's help. Itachi admitted this himself.
That is saying something right there. He needed MS Obito who has wood release to take down the Uchiha Clan. It's arguable that Itachi near death could of taken down the uchiha clan, he was said to be invincible with susanoo + yata mirror + sword of totsuka by zetsu.
2-Itachi had just awakened his Mangekyou Sharingan.
Shisui killed himself prior to the attempted take over yet it wasn't a big time span. We have seen a 2 MS users when they first start out
and when they are masters over their eye jutsu.
The difference is as clear as night and day, sasuke after using amaterasu cringes and he bends over from using amaterasu and as a master of it (to the point of direct manipulation)
he doesn't even bend over or cringe in pain. Itachi nor sasuke immediately mastered the MS however both of them were able to have more control over one technique VS the other. Itachi could not manipulate amaterasu even when having complete mastery of the MS. Just like Sasuke cannot use Tsukuyomi like Itachi can despite being a master of the MS.
3-Do a direct comparison between Itachi Vs Sasuke and Itachi's previous feats. Do you really think a 13 year old Itachi would beat Itachi when he was fighting against sasuke?
Izanagi and Izanami 99/100 times will get itachi killed. Susanoo requires Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi according to the databook(and itachi, sasuke, and madara-to an extent)
. Using Izanagi will give Itachi temporary immortality, yet he'll lose Susanoo, Yata Mirror, Tosuka Blade, and Amaterasu and/or Tsukuyomi. The same goes for Izanami which really is not battle orientated since it only works on people like Kabuto for example. Itachi is good without his MS but against top tier opponents he will lose. (like sasuke when he used Kirin). Itachi would of died without susanoo against sasuke.

1-Haemolacria which is a physical condition based on a number of diseases which causes you to cry tears. We know itachi was ridden with disease.
2- Hematidrosis is when under extreme stress and pressure you cry/sweat tears of blood. It's a rare physical condition and fits Itachi's scenario perfectly.
3-The manga never stated Itachi used amaterasu and said he cried tears of blood. Tears of blood are quite different then the heat of the sun. (databook 3 reference)
Now in Itachi's case it is possible it can be Haemolacria, Hematidrosis, or both. Who knows. However it is more plausible the extreme stress of murdering his entire clan caused him to cry tears of blood. He murdered all of his family members excluding sasuke.
Tears of blood, does not equate to a jutsu which is said to be as hot as the sun. (databook 3). That's like saying water is equivalent to molten lava. Two completely different substances in nature and composition.
As a matter of fact, Itachi did not cry tears of blood. Here's a picture of Itachi killing his parents.
yet on the same page do a comparison of the blood on his sword and the tears on his face. One is of clear composition while the other is thick like blood should be. I see no blood coming out of his eyes whatsoever and that manga page states he cried tears of blood as he killed his brethren
so based off what I just showed you he did not cry tears of blood, and even if you believe he did despite the manga showing otherwise, disease (which we know Itachi had) can cause it as well. The blood is a darker colour then the tears on Itachi's face indicating that he did not cry blood.
Itachi's prime is like hiruzens prime No one knows when he was in his prime and what the current conditions of his health were. For example. Itachi at the age of 13 obviously was not in his prime, yet he may of had the illness. Or maybe he got the illness in part 2 since we had no idea he was ill till then. Nobody can say for sure when his prime was, if he had mastered the MS, had the spirit weapons, had hand seal speed ect. It's the same as hiruzen's prime except hiruzen was hyped up to be the God of Shinobi in his prime whereas fans hype up "Itachi's Prime".
At the end of the day Itachi is a boss and is on a whole other level. But things are being said that are simply not true. His chakra reserves weren't high in comparison to other uchiha's. (sasuke for example). Izanami and izanagi are not battle orientated unless you have a perfect version like obito.
. And last but not least he never had a factual prime or an imaginary prime as it's unconfirmed of what his abilities would be.
