Tobi's new plan is in motion and so is Minato's, Naruto is still alive and the Kyuubi host, is he not, if Tobi ends up defeated with Naruto alive then Minato wins, if Tobi's plans come to fruition then he will win, but until any of his plans fully succeed, he will not win and it will still be a stalemate since Naruto is carrying on Minato's plans.

Your right, it is for a different thread, but no, Kurama never said anything about Madara's chakra until Sasuke entered Naruto's conciousness and suppressed him. Kurama said that Sasuke's chakra felt like Madara's and that their eyes were similar, probably a foreshadow that Sasuke will be the second strongest Uchiha or maybe the strongest, but thats just a maybe. The only person who said something about Madara during the Tobi attack was Minato who only thought Tobi could be Madara, that was probably where Tobi got the idea to play as Madara, and as we've seen, Madara definetly is dead since he was brought back as an edo tensei, though he did have a plan obviously to be brought back, probably collabareting with tobi, which is why Tobi knows so much and that was probably one reason why he was controlling Nagato so he could bring back Madara.

In the end I think it's Tobi over Minato. Minato is probably the slowest dude in the manga without his Space Time seal, but who knows. His chakra levels are low. All he really has is intelligence when someone figures out his space/time jutsu. He used his intelligence to beat Tobi in a matter on seconds. But also think about this, WTF is tobi? Dude has zetsu arms. He got rasengan and oozed cum from his sleeves. But also, was he really trying to win that fight? He obviously had Project Tsuki No Me in his head. His attack on the leaf was probably for play. But it was also plot no jutsu. There was no point to the attack. He just magically appeared and started recking shit for boredom. It had nothing to do with Akatsuki and his plan. Even when he fought Konan he wasn't really taking it seriously if you asked me. He only pulled out Izanagi because Konan set enough explosives for 10 minutes straight. I think if he ever fought for real, he'd massacre shit because he knows WAY too much about history, a buttload of clans, secret jutsus, and intelligence on a high level.

Why does everyone hate on Minato? We seen Minato mentioned a couple of times in the manga and all of them praise him and til this day, he has never lost in a fight. People say he is nothing without his FTG, but that is not the case. That is like saying Sauske and Itachi are nothing without their eyes and Madara is nothing without his eyes. Minato's base speed can be seen in the story line where Kakashi tells how he got his Sharingan. Minato appeared right behind the enemy ninja in a blink of an eye with no seals near him. Back to the main point on Tobi vs Minato. Tobi has been planning this for years and knows all about Minato's powers(everyone does since he is so famed for his FTG) thus giving him an advantage. Minato then fought him and raped him with one hit in a matter of minutes, figuring out Tobi's power when he had no idea who he is. With the fox not under Tobi's control, Minato could have easily waited for the other ninja to support him. Instead, himself with his wife. The manga CLEARLY states that since she was an Uzumaki, she did NOT die. Tobi once again flees the village with nothing accomplished, while Minato chooses to die with the fox with the purpose of giving Naruto power.

Again, Minato's speed isn't just from his space/time jutsu, he was also the fastest person in the manga. Just look at the part where he saved naruto from Tobi, he did in only a few miliseconds, so he is definetely not the slowest nin in the series.

Now, Tobi's goal was to destroy Konoha, he has severe hatred for the village, if he had the Moon's eye plan in mind he would have just taken the Kyuubi and left before Minato could have arrived, he easily had that ability. Now yes, Tobi is kinda ****ed up with the zetsu shit running down his arm, but he also had blood running down. And yes, he did fight for real in the fight with Minato and Minato won because Tobi was so outclassed, also, remember, the contest came down to speed and Minato won by getting his jutsu off first so there is more evidence that he is really fast.

sooooooooooooo... if i understand this correctly.... how you die from being loosing a tailed beast is because when it is taken out of you... the beast rips all available chakra with it.... killing you.... but she had chakra..... enough to bind the beast long enough for minato's sad freaken speech.... and since there is only one seal in all existence in the world of naruto.. .the reaper death seal (sarcasm) he had absolutely no choice on committing suicide. or the fact that he layed up a barrier to keep the kyubi in and others out... coolio? but hey... i am just a minato fan boy i guess :/

Think about it, if Tobi was on a mission to start a war, say he had to report to some superior person, what would that report entail? quite possibly:
"Sir, i entered the village as planned. Successfully acquired the weapon( 9 tails). I encountered one guy, sir. But, ah, sir, i dont know how he did it, but he figured me out in like a minute. he relieved me of that weapon in a single move, sir. I took damages. Could not land a blow on the guy.
